Alt EMOM 24 mins: Burpees and Monostructural Cardios

Every 1 min for 24 mins, alternating between:

10 Burpees

15/10 Monostructural Cardio Cals (Bike/row/erg)

Gymnastic Skill Work

1 Strict Muscle Up + 2 Dips + 3 Kipping Muscle Ups 4×1
