5x RFT: V Situps, Kettlebell Swing (Russian)s and Sprints

5 rounds, each round for time, of: 

15 V Situps 

15 Kettlebell Swing (Russian)

Sprint, 100 m  

Rest 1 min between each round.

–then–

Running Conditioning:

Sprint : 5x 50 m at 100%, rest 1 min

Each for time: Sprint: 5x 50 m  

Perform at 100% effort / RPE 19 

Rest 1 min between efforts.
