CFSW Partner Requirements (these are the weights for the 40-44 and 16-17 Divisions, so scale down accordingly—-should be heavy, but not break  you):

16 Deadlifts, 365/245 lbs 

80 GHD or ABMAT Sit-ups 

160 Double Unders 

4 Rope Climbs, 15 ft 

80 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs
