Power Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Push Jerk + Split Jerk 1-1-1-1-1  

Use the heaviest weight you can for each set. Rest as needed between sets.

WORK UP TO A HEAVY COMPLEX –TIME 20MIN

Every 2 mins for 20 mins: Muscle-ups, Deadlifts and Kipping Handstand Push Ups

Every 2 mins for 20 mins do: 

3 Muscle-ups (Scale “toe-point” progressions)

5 Deadlifts, 275/185 lbs 

7 Kipping Handstand Push Ups
