One of our most loved and loyal coaches is moving to the Wilmington area, and this WOD is to help celebrate how much Coach Amy has given to making CrossFit South Wake what it is today. Amy was a VERY accomplished competitive “runner” prior to her CrossFit life, as a Division I 10,000m runner at the University of Minnesota and later as a competitive marathon runner for the U.S. Army National Guard. She is our CF Kids Coach and our CF Endurance/Aerobic Capacity coach, and will be sorely missed!!!! Thank you, Coach Amy, for everything you have given to both our adult and kid clients over the last 2.5 years! We will miss you!!!!! Love, The CrossFit South Wake Family
