As many reps as possible in 26 mins of:

110 Deadlifts, 225/155 lbs

110 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs, 10/9 ft

110 Row Calories

110 Handstand Push-ups

If 110 handstand push-ups are completed, the athlete will move back to the barbell and begin another round.
