We meet at CrossFit South Wake Tuesday evenings, 5:00-6:00 pm, and will sometimes meet at a local track if programming dictates.
The first goal of this weekly running WOD is to improve your running form in order to make your running more efficient and you less susceptible to injury. The second goal is to increase your endurance and speed, so you can be faster and less fatigued while running on your own and in regular WODs. We will accomplish both goals through rigorous interval, time trial, and tempo run training. Since this is an intense running WOD, you need to complete your regular WOD at CFSW box at least 3 hours prior to attending the Endurance Club.
